A couple of days ago, Bryan Formhals of the blog La Pura Vida announced his Top 15 Photography Websites of 2010 and Fraction was included.
Bryan commented "...Fraction has an adaptability that’s admirable. They launched in March of 2008 and since then have evolved from a flash based presentation to a more minimal and appealing design that’s run on Indexhibit. Over the course of the year they’ve also jumped into the Flickr mix and introduced Fraction J, a venue dedicated to photojournalism and documentary photography. I suspect we’ll continue to see interesting programs and features develop in 2011."
The other sites include Jen Bekman's Hey Hot Shot, Wired Magazine's RAW blog, Luceo Images, The New York Times Lens Blog, Blake Andrews' blog, Heidi Romano's Unless You Will, Daylight Magazine, The New Yorker's PhotoBooth, Ahorn Magazine, 1000 Words Magazine, Pictory, Flickr, Tumblr, and Urbanautica.
I've always respected Bryan's work as a writer and a photographer. He honestly speaks his mind and often pushes the envelope of thought.
Thank you Bryan for including Fraction in such good company.
